Snowpeas - 1 cup(cut vertically)
Blackeye beans(frozen) - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut(grated) - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

Heat oil in pan.Add mustard seeds and urad dal.Temper them.
Add blackeye beans and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
When 3/4 done, add snowpeas ,salt,tumeric,red chilli powder and cook for 5 more mins.
Evaparote all moisture and add coconut gratings and few curry leaves.Mix well and serve with rice.
