BEETROOT AVIYAL

Ingredients:
Beetroot(cut 2" piece) - 1 medium
Salt - to taste
Tumeric powder - a pinch
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Yoghurt - 3 tbsp

Method:
Cook beetroot with salt and tumeric powder.
Grind coconut,jeera,green chilli,yoghurt into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
Once beetroot is cooked, add the ground paste and boil for few secs.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with curry leaves.
