LENTIL DOSA / ADAI

Ingredients:
Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Toor dal - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Channa dal - 1/4 cup
Dry Red chilli(whole) - 6-7
Asafoetida
Salt
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf - 2 sprigs
Whole black pepper - 1/2 tsp(optional)
Ginger - 1 " piece(optional)
Coconut grated - 3 tbsp(optional)

Method:
Wash till water cleared and soak rice,dals, red chilli for 4-5 hours.
Grind rice, dal and all other ingredients together to a smooth paste.Transfer to a bowl.
Heat a tawa and smear oil and pour a laddle of batter. Spread the batter thin as you do for dosa.
Cook on both sides like dosa.
Serve hot with Chutney/jaggery(powdered)+ghee / Avial.
