Broccoli (chopped in florets) - 1 medium
Carrot (diced) - 11/2 cup
Onion(finely chopped) - 1 medium
Salt - To taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili(finely chopped) - 1 tsp

1. Half cook broccoli.
2. Heat oil in a skillet. Temper mustard seeds and green chillies.
3. Now add onions and saute until translucent.
4.Add diced carrots and broccoli. Add salt, turmeric and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook covered for 7- 10 minutes.Stir in between so that the vegetables don't stick to bottom. Sprinkle few drops of water if required.
5.Once carrot and broccoli are fully cooked, turn off the fire.

Serve hot with rotis/phulkas.
