Hakka noodles - 1 packet
Spring Onions/Onions -1 cup (chopped)
Capsicum ( Sliced into thin pieces) - 1/2 cup
Carrot (Sliced into thin pieces) - 1 cup
Beans (Slit vertically into thin slices) -1 cup
Cabbage (Shredded lengthwise) - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder(If desired) - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

1.Boil water in a large pot and add the noodle sticks and cook them partially (3/4th)
2. Spread them on a large plate to cool and set them aside.
3. In a pan heat 4 tsp of oil and add ginger garlic paste.
4. Then add Green chillies, onions till the onions turn golden brown.
5. Add all the vegetables and the capsicum and fry them for 4 -5 mins.
6. Add salt, green chilli sauce,soya sauce,black peper powder and mix well.
7.Now add the noodles ,mix well and saute for 5 mins.
8. Close stove and add spring onions and serve with Tomato sauce.
