Ingredients:
Onion(chopped) - 1 medium
Tomato(chopped) - 3 medium
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Dry red chilli - 2-3
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - a sprig
Method:
Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, saute onions, red chilli until onions turn transparent.
Add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Cool and transfer to blender. Add coconut, salt. Grind everything to smooth paste.
Heat oil in kadhai, season mustard seeds & curry leaves.
Add to chutney and serve with dosas/idlis.
