RAW MANGO CHAMANDI

Ingredients:
Raw mango(chopped) - 1 cup
Coconut(grated) - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2 nos
Salt - To taste

Method:
Grind all the above ingredients to a coarse paste. No need to add water while grinding as the paste should be thick. If the mangoes arent sour enough then you can add 1/2 tsp of lime juice while grinding.
Serve with rice and horsegram curry.
