IVYGOURD STIR-FRY

Ingredients:
Ivygourd/tindoora(sliced lengthwise) - 2 cup
Salt - To taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaf - few sprigs
Oil- 1-2 tbsp

Method:
Cook tindoora pieces with salt,tumeric powder, red chilli powder.
When done, add oil and fry on med -low till crisp.
Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
