APPLE MILKSHAKE



INGREDIENTS:

Apple
1 large
Dates
6-7
Full cream milk
1.5 cups
Almonds/ Cashew
5-6

METHOD:
  • Soak dates and nuts in hot water for 30 mins. Cut the apple into cubes.
  • In a blender, add dates, nuts and cubed apples. Blend into smooth puree.
  • Add 1.5 cups of milk and ice cubes (if needed) to the blender and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
