METHOD:
In a pan, dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red
chili, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, cashew nuts and kasuri
methi until fragrant.
Keep aside and cool down. Coarsely grind the spices in
blender and kadai veg masala is ready.
