Ingredients:
Raw banana - 1
Besan/Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Water
Oil for frying
Method:
Peel bananas and cut them in to thin slices
In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder and asafoetida.
Mix well pour water and form into thick batter consistency
Heat oil in kadai
Dip the banana slice into batter and deep fry till golden brown
Serve hot with sauce.
