METHOD:
- Make a semi-thick paste of 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp black pepper powder, a tsp of ginger-green chili paste and salt using water.
- Dip the paneer cubes in the paste and fry (shallow or deep) till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan and add remaining ginger-green chili paste, chopped spring onions (white part only), and cubed capsicum to it.
- Fry for 2-3 min and add ½ tsp black pepper powder, soya sauce, red chili sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for 3-4 mins.
- Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1/2 cup water and add it. Cook until gravy thickens. Add fried paneer and mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onion (green part).
- Serve the paneer manchurian hot with fried rice or noodles.
