Ingredients:
Wintermelon(cubed) - 1 cup
Yam(cubed) - 1/2 cup
Moongdal (roasted) - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Method:
Pressure cook moongdal for 2 whistles.
Cook yam and wintermelon along with salt,black pepper powder and tumeric powder.
When vegetables are done, lightly mash them and add moongdal. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with few curry leaves.
