INGREDIENTS:
Coriander leaves |
1 cup tightly packed |
Green chilies |

Salt |

Curd |
3-4 tbsp |
Pudina leaves |
Few leaves |
Roasted cumin powder |

METHOD:
In a blender, add the chopped coriander leaves, green
chilies, salt and pudina leaves, roasted cumin powder. Blend into a smooth
paste.
In a bowl, add 3-4 tbsp of yoghurt and ground coriander
paste. Whisk and mix everything well.
Serve the Dhaniya Dahi Chutney with Handvo or Cheelas.
